44 days have passed since Nichole’s water broke. Everyday is a miracle and we are grateful for the time that God is giving us with this child. We have had two doctors appointments since being out of the hospital. Baby is growing and still has a strong heartbeat. The first ultrasound showed some amniotic fluid around baby’s head and second ultrasound didn’t show any at all. We try not to get discouraged when seeing a lack of fluid because we know the baby is producing fluid all throughout the day. We are still unable to tell the sex of the baby as she/he is being a bit modest and shy. Still referring to her as our little fighter girl. Though thoroughly sore, Nichole is in good health. She is as productive as anyone could be while tied to a bed.

Moving Into the Hospital Soon
On October 5th we will be moving into Norton Suburban hospital for the remainder of the pregnancy. We will be there for upto 4 months. My work allows me to be almost anywhere so I will be setting up a make shift office and desk in the room with Nichole. Also, I will be going to Ethiopia twice in the next few months to appear in court and to bring home our Ethiopian son. We have family coming to stay with us during those times, so Nichole won’t be left alone.
How You Can Help
Pray that she/he continues to grow and stay inside mommy’s tummy as long as possible. Pray for Nichole as she endures bedrest. Pray for our little ethiopian that we could bring him home soon. There are still so many unknowns, but we are convinced of a deep purpose for all of this. Most of all please pray that our lives would reflect the Gospel during this season of life. Pray that we would suffer well, and point people to the source of our hope and strength, Jesus Christ.
Thank you all for you prayers, support and love. We’ve been overwhelmed by the outpouring of prayers, love and support. Thank you.

You guys are an such a wonderful and amazingly Godly couple. I admire the strength you have shown through these trials and the way you have placed it all in God’s hands, understanding that he has a plan, even when we don’t understand it, placing your faith in Him. This is amazing Aaron! God is so good! This is certainly a test of faith, and you both are passing with flying colors. It’s so wonderful to see the person you have become in the last ten years. Keep it up!
