Video Report from Cape Town

by Aaron Marshall on February 15, 2009

All is well! When you have a few minutes, watch this video. Make sure you watch long enough to see the fun bonus footage showing you around Cape Town and where we are living. If you feel I am getting too long winded in the beginning skip to 4:35 to see the bonus footage.

We love hearing from you, so say hello in the comments!

Aaron,

Great to see God working all around the world. I thought of you guys during worship at Adventure this week. These words lead me to think of you guys and what God is doing in your lives right now “God is bigger than the air we breathe”. You guys have a been a great reminder that God is so much bigger than we often realize. Thanks for being a great example of the massive nature of our Lord. We are praying for you both and the mission that God has placed you on.

This is motivating me to reach out to my friends and family in Louisville, and also really makes me want to come to Capetown, SA. The scenery looks gorgeous!

Just wanted to encourage you. Glad to hear you’re getting into slum areas. I pray GOD rips your heart out and plants it there. Great footage. Keep it up! Tell me when you feel closer to the origin of man.

Aaron & Nichole,
Glad you guys are safe in the dark continent. Hope all is well with you. I am excited you get to listen to Floyd McClung live.
Be more selfless: I say that as a word of edification, I need to be more selfless too. It seems like a good thing to say since you are both missionaries now. Oh well Don’t take it the wrong way, you guys are kind now, just get kinder. I’ll try too. But I think you’ll get more chances without having to make them. Take care.
Aaron get off your blackberry and do something for people who don’t have phones! Haha
Love,
Myles

Been reading 1st Corinthians lately, learning how the Spirit moves and how we have ‘the mind of Christ’. Just thought I’d share that, keep making moments to allow the spirit to enter in and restore the mind of Christ in you!
